Take advantage of the early bird special, sign up for all five races before April 1st, 2010, and not only will you get the 5th race free, but by registering in advance, you also qualify for the reduced entry fee of $40.00 per race, for a free technical shirt, and loads of great race day finisher souveniers. Limited Entry Available: Registration is limited at many of the venues and these races will sell out quickly, so be sure to register early. If the race cap is reached prior to race day, there will not be race day registration.

Park entry fees /parking fees Park entry fees, where applicable, will be added to your race registration fees at the time of your on-line registration. These will be shown as a separate line entry on your receipt. At venues where parking fees may apply, racers are responsible to pay for parking on race day.

This season, at the last races of the season in each region, while we're busy tabulating final championship results and awards, we'll be offering racers something to do! Included in your entry fee for the last race of the season is a terrific post race barbeque. The awards ceremony is always a lot of fun. This year, in addition to getting voted "Canada's Best Running Series", we're going for "Best After Party" too! Join us in the festivities!

Team/Group Discount

Do you run as part of group, or club? Love to go to races together? Well, come to 5 Peaks, as a group of 5 or more, and every one qualifies for reduced entry fees ($5.00 off each race entry fee), plus this year we have added a step in the registration process, where you can enter your team name. This will allow us to track our team progress on race day!

Don't forget each team member still qualifies for all the great finisher souveniers, all the Championship calculations, and all the other great prizes and incentives we have to offer!

NEW Family discount!

As we can see through the success of the Scotiabank Childrens Challenge, you love the family atmosphere and comraderie you experience on race day. With that in mind, we've added a family discount option for you. Parents racing with children under 14, in the regular race distances (Sport or Enduro) can qualify to receive $5.00 off each persons race entry fee. Before proceeding with your Family Entry, you will need a family discount code to enter on step 3 of the registration process. Please contact us at info@5peaks.com to be assigned a discount code.

Refunds or Transfers:

There are no refunds or transfers for any reason including event cancellation. In the event that an event is cancelled or postponed 5 Peaks Adventures Ltd. will make every effort to reschedule the race to a later date. If the registrant can not make the rescheduled date, the registrant acknowledges that no refund will be granted.

On a case by case basis (including racer injury or a medical condition), registrants will be able to defer their race fee to a later event of that same season, or to any venue the following race season of equal dollar value. This transfer may include events in another series should the participant choose. A $10 processing fee will apply to deferrals to the following season. No refunds or transfers will be permitted once the event has occurred.

Registrants now have the ability (through the Registered Racer area) to transfer from one race or course to another - up to the close of the on-line registration system for individual races (Wednesday at midnight prior to race day). No refunds or transfers will be permitted once the event has occurred.
